Craig Nadashakti has dedicated the last 20 years to the study of various forms of yoga, meditation and chanting. From the more dynamic and modern to the more subtle and traditional. He has also studied Sanksrit and trained as a Vedic Chanting teacher in Chennai, India. As well as yoga therapy methods with Yoga Campus, The Yoga Biomedical Trust and The Minded institute. He is also a Vortex Divine Energy Healing practitioner.
He first came to yoga practice looking for spiritual teachings, not realising at the time that yoga would pull him out of a long standing childhood depression. As his journey has continued it became more apparent that the healing and awakening paths are actually one and the same.
Craig first came across the practice of Yoga Nidra in 2005 within the Bihar school of yoga in which he trained in and since then has gone on to incorporate his learnings from other schools of Yoga Nidra into the practice that he presents today as it continues to support him through the experience that is life. Now through his experience and knowledge he teaches others to pass on these teachings to enrich their own life and the lives of others.
As well as teaching workshops, classes, retreats and trainings, Craig is also the co founder of the studio Renaissance Yoga and Wellbeing in Brockley, South East London
